Ok, I give up and reverted back to the previous version. What a mess this version is. Most of what you think are improvements are actually a step in the wrong direction.

    Hi salescart.

you should really check the “what’s new” thing on the updates. I too had the same impression and then I went and read the update summary.

you can edit the meta description and meta title, directly on it.

hover the mouse over the title and description and you’ll see it turn blue and a pencil will appear on the right… just click when it turns blue and you can edit the metas ??

    hope it helps.

Since updating to 3.0.1 and 3.03, there are problems with the new meta area holding information.

When you go to add the title and meta, and do a post save, the information seems to disappear, and is replaced with the default text as though you hadn’t made any changes at all.

However, looking at Source, the previoulsly added information IS saved with the post, but this means the SEO Score is still out of sync, as it reports based on the visible information in the new meta area.

Confusing initially, any ideas on a fix? I put this out on Twitter yesterday, and i’m not an isolated case.
