    Hello,

I updated both Essential Add ons for Elementor and Essential Add ons for Elementor – Pro to 5.1.7 and 5.1.4 and it’s causing the thumbnail on the post grid to have a giant amount of white space below the Featured image. Basically the featured image is there but below it is about the same size in just a white background, and it’s screwing up the aesthetic of the website.

I’ve since reverted back to the previous version and am not having this issue. I’ve troubleshot between all of the plugin updates and it’s specifically when I update these plugins.

Please patch the latest update or let me know.

  • Hello @alexrwlp,

I hope you are doing well.

I assume that you enabled the Image Ration option when you were using the Essential Addons (version – 5.1.7). Can you please use the updated version again with disabling this option there? Please check this screencast here to learn more – https://d.pr/v/GuMR1z

Let me know how it goes. Thank you

    Hi Kawshar,

Thank you for writing back with this information and video. This was the issue, although this was the settings we had set before the update. So updating to the latest version of Essential Add Ons turned this off for some reason.

Anyway, all is fixed now. Thanks!
