Update to 6.6 Causes Taxonomy to be One Giant List Rather than Scrollable

    Updating from 6.5.5 to 6.6 caused Taxonomy, specifically categories, to be in one giant list instead of inside a scrolling box. With sites that have hundreds of terms, that list is pretty crazy. Any chance this can be investigated?
