Help. I have your plugin on auto update. Now all these websites are down. I can’t disable the plugin without going to the host and have glossary plugin renamed. Kind of expensive to have the host do it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Seems that the free version has some issues on packaging. I already rolled back on www.ads-software.com to the previous and working to a new version right now.

I am releasing a new version with a bugfix for the free version right now.
I am sorry for the troubles but we didn’t detect on our tests system.

I don’t know what to do? I can’t login and the plugin probably won’t update in the current situation. If I delete the plugin from the plugin folder and reinstall will it possibly erase the data for your plugin? What’s your thoughts?

Hey Daniele, Thanks for the new version. To fix the issue I renamed the plugin through ftp so that I could login successfully. The new version was ready to update, so it loaded the whole plugin version. Everything appears to be working. I appreciate the quick work on this. There are always issues with all code. Have a good day and thanks again for the quick work.

    Hi Thomas,
thanks, we maintain websites too for our customers so we understand the struggle and we do our best to avoid this situations.
Anyway when you rename a plugin folder this don’t create issues or remove data.
