    Hello,

    Today version 2.1.15 was released, but I can not install it.

    The update runs for a few minutes and then fails. (Only with the message that the automatic WordPress update failed – please try again.)

    Please advise.

    PS. This is not the first time I update your plugin, but the previous updates have gone without a problem.

    Hi I’m having similar issues. Have for the last few versions, although last time it worked by dragging the updates from www.ads-software.com over folder in filezilla.

    I get the following error message, can you please assist?

    I think you have an error in the original file and therefore can not be updated.

    It might be enough to create a data backup (products, categories, …), uninstall the program, install again and restore backed up data.

    Hi I’ve done the backup. Uninstalled, now when I go to reinstall I get the following.

    Installation failed: Could not copy file. jigoshop-ecommerce/vendor/spatie/array-to-xml/tests/__snapshots__/ArrayToXmlTest__and_root_element_attributes_can_also_be_set_in_simplexmlelement_style__1.xml
