Update to version 3.2.1

I attempted to update to version 3.2.1 but it says that I am running MySQL version 4.1.22 and is now frozen on that page.

I thought I had done a backup but I have lost this due to my computer going bust. I have had to buy a new computer. Is there any way I can get back into my admin pages without a backup? If not what do I do with my website?
