Update to WordPress 3.9 and WooComm TinyMCE Button gone

I updated my site to WordPress 3.9 and then I couldn’t find the WooCommerce Tiny MCE short code button.

I know that in WordPress 3.9 there was an upgrade to the Tiny MCE and I checked test install of WooCommerce and WordPress 3.8.2 and the buttons shows up.
Same version of WooCommerce The only variable that changed was the versions of WordPress.
