Update today crashed my admin area

  • I get the following message:

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosoraweb154/b2210/ipg.mindingtherapycom/wp-content/db.php.

    No part of admin is available, including that I can’t deactivate and delete the plugin.
    I’ve never removed files before and don’t know how to do this.

    Can you please submit a bug submission from the support tab of the plugin so I can know more about your environment?
