Update UM role based on wordpress role (s2member)

    Hello, i think function “Sync with WordPress Role” that allows automatically update UM role based on changes in WordPress roles don’t work well with S2member, i mean it doesn’t work at all.
    I have 2 roles in UM roles section:

    Basic – this role gets all users once they complete their registration.
    Premium – this role gets only people which paid for their subscription trough S2member pro forms.

    In the WordPress:

    Basic = subscriber role
    Premium = S2member_level1

    I need that once somebody becomes S2member_level1 role in WordPress it automatically would update UM role from Basic to Premium as well. But at the moment it does not happen even if i manually update from subscriber to S2member_level1 in user section the UM role stays the same which is Basic.

    Hi Robert,

    There is no integration between Ultimate Member and S2 Member so it may require a developer to create custom code that integrates the two plugins together.

    I’m afraid we’re a bit swamped at the moment so cannot take on any custom work as this time.
