Update UpSells by SKU Automatically

Hello to all of the forum .

Is there any function or plugin that automatically generates as product upsells all products with code ” SKU ” like ?

for example, I have three models of glasses with different variants .. the three code are abc123 A, B abc123 , abc123 C.

here is ” abc123 ” is the part of the code anyway. so I would like that the products starting with abc123 connect to others with b abc123 , abc123 c , etc .
