update user role not change

i want to add new user but first name, last name and user role not saved.

After that, if i change that user it will not saved too.user get role : none.

I was try w3 total cache but nothing happen because i think cache problem..

My question :

– where first name, last name and user role saved, because i cant find in my database. I think wp_usermeta just saved user role capability

– please give solution to fix this problem
