Update wiped out custom code. How to revert?

Hi, the latest version wiped out all of my custom CSS and formatting. For an example, scroll to bottom of this page https://massbevalliance.com/why/
and you will see the top- and bottom-bordered text reads “Five partners…” In this Pull Quote (or whatever it’s called), the borders and the text are now plain; custom styling has been lost. There are other elements on other pages that lost their styling also.
2. Also, the Settings panels — all tabs — are completely blank. See this screen cap:

I would like to revert to some previous version of SU. Where can I get these? And, is there any special procedure to follow when I revert?
