    Hello,

I have 2 Woocommerce stores (on different domains) that have the same products.

I am using the Export feature from website A and I select the columns: SKU, Name, In stock?, Stock and Regular and Sale Price.

I go to website B, go to Import and, since I want to update the products there, I tick the “Update products by ID OR SKU”.

Obviously, on the next step all my columns are detected properly (since the csv file comes from another Woocommerce installation).

I hit next, the bar loads but no products are updated. The log says, for every SKU, that no matching product is found.

    — I did not open the CSV in any program. I`m uploading the exact CSV i downloaded from website A
    — Products in website A and website B have the same SKU
    — I do not want to use the ID column, since obviously IDs are different

Why does the Importer says I can update by either ID or SKU, but it doesn’t seem to read my SKUs?
I’ve read the docs and I don’t know what I’m missing.

    Thanks!

    Hello @nolfnolf,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Have you checked if the correct column is mapped to SKUs?

Could you also provide a copy of the system status report for both sites, as well as a sample CSV file? This will help us to replicate the issue on our end. You can find this report in WooCommerce under ‘Status’. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’ (you’ll need to scroll down a bit). Once you’ve done this, please paste it here in your response or use a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
