updated 3.1.19 is broken?customizr

    thanks. I installed plugin:admin in English, then updated theme from 3.1.18 to 3.1.19

    what can I do next?pls help.
    now I couldn’t entry to backstagge to manage and uninstall the plugin.thanks

    Error comes after updating Customizr from 3.1.18 to 3.1.19.
    How can I send a screenshot?

    Difficult to monitor 2 users that seem to have similar symptoms but might have completely different root causes.

    If you have ftp access to your site, you can go to /wp-content/themes/customizr, delete that folder & subfolders which will remove the Czr theme. Reinstall assuming you can now access your Dashboard

    Admin in English can be removed by going to /wp-content/plugins/admininenglish and deleting folder/subfolders likewise.

    Thx, for me it works. Deleted the customizr theme via ftp. Then I can log me in. New install, for the first look, all works fine.
