Updated Agama theme and now can not log into Admin

Did you tried to login from: https://americanoconnors.com/wp-login.php

You can also try next thing:

Edit next file:
wp-content/themes/agama/framework/frontpage-boxes.php

scroll at bottom on line 195 and replace next code:
add_action( 'agama_frontpage_boxes_action', 'agama_frontpage_boxes', 10 );

with:
add_action( 'agama_frontpage_boxes_action', 'agama_frontpage_boxes' );

I don’t have this issue on my localhost so maybe you have some plugins installed which are making this mess.

Let’s see if someone else report same issue.

I just updated to the new version of Agama (a minor update, so I didn’t take the precaution of a backup!) and my site is down:

In /themes/agama/framework/frontpage-boxes.php I changed line 195 to:
add_action( ‘agama_frontpage_boxes_action’, ‘agama_frontpage_boxes’ );

But no change. Help!

If I don’t hear back in two hours, I will change it to some other default WordPress theme so my site can be functional, but I am hoping you can resolve to get me back to my Agama-based site.

Same here, error came with version 1.2.1
Still not working…

Can any from you guys list me what plugins you are using ?

Since on clean WordPress & Agama there is no any issue so this could be easily a conflict with some plugin and you all must have the same plugin installed so if anyone can list me what plugins you are using i could install them on my localhost and check what plugin is making this mess.

Thank you. It is a new site so it’s pretty simple.

Here are the plugins:
akismet (not activated)
jetpack – activated
limit-login-attempts (came with wordpress??)
nextgen-gallery
quick-setup (godaddy puts this in, we have godaddy hosting)
updraftplus (my backup plugin which is active)
wordfence (security and active)
youtube-showcase (active)

I have not attempted to try your suggestions, since the site is up and the site owner is in Ireland, it’s a case of “it works don’t fix it” for now.

Also, I tried the link you suggested to login. Yes the login form loads but when I put in my user name and password I get these errors on the page. I tried three times:

I see that mattryann22 has Wordfence Security, same as my site.

BTW, as mentioned this morning, waiting to hear from you, I switched my theme to Sundance and as you can see, my site is back up under that theme, albeit not all of my content is showing (special features of Agama and the footer content, since that theme isn’t displaying those):

Hi jerryscg,

In addition to having the same set of PHP issues with mcsquare.ca, I have not been able to log into my WP-Admin account. The PHP error points to the theme file frontpage-boxes.php and at the end of the code line (<?php } add_action( ‘agama_frontpage_boxes_action’, ‘agama_frontpage_boxes’, 10 ); // Hook ?>)

In terms of plug-ins used I’ll have to go from memory:
Yoast, MailChimp, Google Analytics, qTranslate and a few others I cannot recall.
