    Please check the plugin, i updated the plugin and found 3 taxonomy warnings instantly.

    This could be coming from anything you have installed – can you narrow down the culprit?

    Sure. I have already tried to switch the theme to the default which unfortunately didn’t fixed the issue. Disabling plugins one-by-one now.

    Guess what, it asked me to update Woocommerce again and it all fixed automatically.

    Now, the same happened on 3 websites that it asked to update.

    Out of 3, 1 website was working smoothly, second one lost the navigation and the third one showing taxonomy warnings after the upgrade.

    So, this is fixed ?? Though you guys can check it again. Cheers!
