Updated and now everything is screwy

Updated about a month ago the Theme AccessPressRay and when that happened the slideshow bar at the top of the homepage got a checkered veil over it and doesn’t display the images properly, the posts display differently, and the footer and sections are all messed up. I reverted to a previous version and it changed some but not all of the issues. Please advise what is wrong. I inspected the website https://www.americanglassguild.org (which is the site I’m trying to fix) and there is an issue with is an error

guessing that’s some of the issue. Unfortunately we didn’t have a backup of the website at the time of the update (someone did it without knowing the ramifications; non-profit org without paid people results in some errors along the way) so we can’t just revert to saved site. So it seems the theme changed something in the javascript and how some of the scripts display. Please advise and help me out. Able to access ftp to transfer old java if need be, just need the site to work again. Thanks.
