• Hey guys – thanks for the latest update – I was one of the ones getting an error message whenever a cropping attempt was made (i have “remove files from server” on) so this update fixing it is exactly what I needed. However, now when cropping an image, it seems to go through the cropping process, but servers a broken link after. Instead of serving a cloudfront link, its trying to server a local server link. Any ideas? Is there a new setting I missed? Thanks!

The latest update from today seems to return the error that we got prior to the last update: “There has been an error cropping your image.” when remove files from server is selected. Is that the case for everyone? Any ideas on solving this? Thanks

I am also having an issue with cropped photos not being updated via s3.

Curious if anyone has found a fix for this issue or is experiencing something similar? We’ve given members a workaround by cropping their images using 3rd party platforms but would really like to get this to work so users can use the built-in wordpress cropping functionality.
    Thanks

It looks like the creators of the plugin have pushed a fix to WordPress itself for this bug. The fix is planned for WordPress 4.4, but you could add it yourself with the diff here: https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/33319. I added this patch to my 4.3 setup and it fixed the issue for me. Thanks to everyone that worked on the github issue here.
