    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with updating One Click Demo Import.

    Please know that error message is not specific to One Click Demo Import. It is an error with the permissions on your server. It’s likely that the?upgrade-temp-backup?folder can’t be created or the permissions for the folder don’t allow writing in it. We would recommend reaching out to your website host if you are still experiencing this error message.

    As a quick workaround, you should be able to delete One Click Demo Import plugin from the plugins folder and install the latest version via Plugins > Add new.
