Updated Flat Rate not showing in cart

Hi. Shipping costs were working just great. (Thx!)
BUT…Just wanted to update the flat-rate shipping cost from $10 to $12.
Now the new base rate of $12 is NOT showing up in the Cart. What are we missing?

1. WordPress: 5.0.3; WooCommerce: 3.5.4; Weight Based Shipping: 5.2.4, PHP: 7.1.26

3. I’m testing it with an order for:
Gondola Covers, Royal Blue, 1-yard, Heavy-Duty: 6 lbs, “gondola cover shipping”, quantity = 1

Total order weight: 6 lb
Order subtotal: $125
Shipping destination: Evanston, IL 60202 USA

4. I expect to see
— SHIPPING Flat Rate: $12

5. I do see instead:
— SHIPPING Flat Rate: $10

Checked it with different products and quantities (all in the “gondola cover shipping” category) and none are showing the new price.
