updated from 1.2.3 to 1.3.3 – breaking my site

Hi,
My site is running WP 4.0.1 and a child theme of twentyeleven dark:
https://epiclasers.comAnd WP Better Minify was working perfectly at version 1.2.33. I just updated to version 1.3.3 and things started breaking. The site loads, but much of the page is light colored, which makes me think it has something to do with the “dark” stylesheet.
any ideas?
