    Hi there,

We updated the Klarna For WooCommerce plugin yesterday and now all our settings have been reset and we can’t re-activate our connection:

Your Klarna AT Production credentials are not authorized. Please verify the credentials and environment (production or test mode) or remove these credentials and save again. API credentials only work in either production or test, not both environments. API error code: 401, Klarna API error message: Unauthorized

Your Klarna GB Production credentials are not authorized. Please verify the credentials and environment (production or test mode) or remove these credentials and save again. API credentials only work in either production or test, not both environments. API error code: 401, Klarna API error message: Unauthorized

Now the interface is completely different and the documentation is for the old interface.

    What is this?

Managed to get it working however the documentation is very unclear currently with the settings UX changes! No warning that the update would obliterate our settings and reset the API keys!

    Hi,

I understand your frustration, we have not yet updated our documentation for the new settings page but we will update it.

Were all of your API keys removed or just the Client id?

    Hi,

Here you can read our updated documentation regarding Klarna On Site Messaging. Thanks for letting us know!

@jethrohazelhurst How did you get it working again? I have the same problem with two stores and Klarna!

Hi! The issue for us was our password manager was autofilling the settings fields and overriding our API keys on page load, so it was a confusing one to debug. Just make sure to disable any form auto-fill and carefully put in the credentials.
