• I updated the plugin and it caused an error on my website where my site wouldn’t load. I’ve had to disable the plugin. Anyone else have this problem?

  • Hello @miniflowers,

    Apologize for the inconvenience!

We have not received such issues recently but I would like to investigate that in detail. I would be needing the following information to debug it.

    1) What is the URL of the website?
    2) Where do I need to click to trigger the popup?
    3) Any screen capture that explains the issue.

Most likely, this error occurs if you are using an old version of our plugin. I would suggest you to update the WordPress and plugin version. Feel free to get back to me, in-case of any query.

    Regards,
    Syed

    Hi Syed,

The same issue happened to our website. When the plugin was updated it broke the website, it didn’t load at all and we had to disable the plugin.

Please urgently advise as we cannot have this happen again.

    URL: aijc.africa
Home page, “Sign up” for updates button top right corner and “sign up” banner at the bottom should open the popup form.

As the plugin is disabled now, the form is at the bottom of the page.

    Kind regards
    Anri

I have a similar issue. I found with v3.0.3 that the site would just keep loading and then time out. Rolling back to v2.3.6 has fixed the issue – anything v3 breaks it.

You can see our client’s site on https://licwidity.co.za/ and the pop-ups are triggered by the “Read More” buttons.

I can update it back so that it breaks if it will help diagnose the issue.

I also have the same issue. I had to deactivate the plugin for now.

@ausyed If you could please advise on this?

    Hi @paddycrook,

Apologize for the inconvenience and for a delayed response!

We had some issues because of the latest Divi update but they are fixed and the latest update is available for download. I would suggest you to update it to the latest version and revert back to me, in-case of any query.

    Regards,
    Syed
