Updated plugin, but now form not showing

  • I have tested your forms in the links provided, they all seem okay and show success message after hitting the submit button.
    I am too sure which error you are referring to. Please explain your problem into detail.
    If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

    Problem seems to be resolved now. All I did was go into those 3 form pages and click the Update button on the right. No changes, just Update. I don’t know how that would have fixed this, but it did. (or the timing was coincidental)
