Updated Pro extension not in download area among other items.

  • I updated to v 2.7.10 and some issues have occurred.

    First, I get a message that there is a new version of the Pro extension for download but when I go to my account page on the site there is nothing in the downloads area.

    Next, the latest short code doesn’t work properly ([fsrep-filter type=”latest” map=”no” value=”9″]), it just lists properties but in the wrong order (oldest first not newest first).

    Next, when I try to change the Default Listing Order in settings it doesn’t apply, is this a fix in the updated pro extension?

    Finally, is there any information on the import/export extension? I have had multiple emails and tickets opened with Wes where he asks for our import file to see if it’ll work and then never gets back to me. I understand you’re busy working on updates and extensions but I get messages from Wes that he received our import file and will test it and then never gets back to me. That’s why I’m posting all this here and not another ticket since they’re not worth anything right now.

    Any information for these would be appreciated.

    Yeah I did, multiple tickets, no responses to 90% of them and the rest you just said wait until next update of a paid extension that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do upon purchase. We moved on to another plugin after the month(s) long wait between communication, I would recommend the same to anyone else reading this.
