I am an amateur at troubleshooting, and was looking to improve the load time of the site by ensuring my plugin settings were where they should be. I turned on a setting, hit save & purge cache (as I don’t think the latter has ever been done for the site). It reported an error, and I can no longer log in to the backend, and received this message “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I don’t necessarily have access to this email, but use a different login. Help! I have no idea where to go from here. Thank you!

    Hello!
Thank you for your reply and I am sorry for the delay!! I just saw this. This may be such a silly question, but where is the support channel? I looked where I thought it would be and I cannot find it…again thank you for literally leading me by the hand.
