updated the plugin on wp 5.4.2 and charts are not displaying any more

  • Hi , I updated this plugin to the latest version and the charts are not created anymore.

    I enabled the debug mode and checked the error log in public_html and there was no error being logged related to this plugin.
    so how can I troubleshoot this charts ?

    Hi,

    As the debug log is not showing any php error that means it’s not related with php but could be js related. Can you check from the browser developer console (press f12 and check console tab if there is any js error)
