Updated Theme, all content gone

I updated this theme and now all of my content is gone. When I go to the customize section to the Home Page Sections, all of my content is there, but it is not registering onto my page. All unhidden sections are hidden and I don’t know where to begin to get the site up and running short of choosing another theme. Any help with this is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
