Updated: Time-out cannot access website

    I am very new to WP and updated/downloaded WP last night. Now the website times out and I cannot access anything but cached pages. HELP! I was updating and adding pages but not publishing most of them. The site I am working on is-
    https://www.uvdn.org

    I cannot access admin sign-in and from a web search cannot access the site at all. Please understand I do not understand HTML etc.

    Google says- OOPS! Google Chrome could not connect to https://www.uvdn.org

    PANIC TIME!

    Problem loading page. Taking too long to respond. I got to the admin sign-in finally after I put firefox in safemode but cannot login. Cannot get to the page from a google search etc.

    OH! BTW- They already have their site up and running on wordpress and have for a year or so (however that works) I am just doing a redesign and thought I had to dload WP to my PC. Apparently NOT! WP was on Firefox when I logged in to the admin panel and now i cannot login or view anything. :/ I am feeling very stupid. Please help me. I cannot find a forum topic on this but if there is one please point me in the right direction. Thank you so much!

    IT JUST LET ME IN AND I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT.
