Updated to 1.6 and my portfolio is gone

The title says it all.
Did I do something wrong? I had a great portfolio page with over 70 examples of my work. I updated Awesome Filterable Portfolio and just realized today that my portfolio page is now blank. How can I fix this? The categories still show though.
On an unrelated note, a sort by title would be a cool option as well.
