Updated to 2.11.1 and Advanced Formatting Gone???

    I updated Form Maker Pro to the newest 2.11.1 and now I don’t see the advanced formatting option and all the work I put into the custom formatting is gone on the form and it’s just all the fields in a line?? What happened?

    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

    Are you mentioning Advanced Layout option of Form Maker plugin? Note, that new themes of the plugin have advanced settings, which might let you achieve the same features as you did with Advanced Layout.

    Could you please describe what kind of structure changes you had written for the custom layout? Meanwhile, I will ask our development team to check if there are any bugs regarding this.

    Can you show me where the option is on the new theme system? I can’t find it?

    And yes, I’m referring to the Advanced Layout option that allowed you to position input boxes within a custom HTML layout. Can you also link me to the old version, I need to get my form back working correctly asap.

    Hello @remix919!

    Theme options are available under Form Maker > Themes page. Simply edit the theme you are using on your forms and modify the settings as necessary. You can also click Edit button from backend of your form.

    However, note, that the old themes will not include the new settings. Please set a new theme to your form.

    Unfortunately Advanced Layout is removed from the latest version, but our developers are certain, that you can make the same changes with the new themes.

    We can also send you the previous version of Form Maker, where this setting is still available. Please contact our team through this form in that case.

    No you can’t do what I need just by editing themes. Themes don’t allow you to do any custom formatting it is only for the overall look and styling. I can’t comprehend why you guys would remove the advanced layout option without any notice, it was the SOLE reason I bought your plugin. The drag-and-drop editor is good for a very basic form, but total garbage when trying to make anything with more than 1 column. It doesn’t even align the fields to the left correctly. And removing the advanced layout option also caused your separate paid import/export plugin to break as well.
