    We have BB Pro 2.5.5.5, BB Themer 1.3.2.3, WP 6.02, WC 6.9.4 and all other plugins are up to date.

    When updating to BB 2.6.0.2, our website header, fixed menus, dropdown menus, language bar, currency menu, login menu are completely broken and there’s so much work to fix those manually that we just restored a previous backup. What happens? Can you please fix this in the future release?

    Also, I would like to share with you that every Beaver Builder / Themer update has become a huge stress because something brakes randomly and we have to pay a developer to fix this. Last time it costed us 800$ to fix the collateral issues caused by the update, when everything was working perfectly before. So at a certain point we will just stop running the updates and stick with the free version.

    That is never the experience that we want for our users when upgrading as we pride ourselves on having stable releases so I’m very sorry for your experience.

    I will say that we have had very few issues with the 2.6 update and nothing like what you describe here has been reported.

    Thanks for your email.

    Well, I don’t know for others customers but in our case our header, menu dropdown, currency selector, language selector are completely broken since the update so we need some help to fix this.

    We don’t have access to the BB website, our previous developer purchased the plugins and we are not working with him anymore so we can’t open a ticket there.

    Please provide a solution as this situation is really not acceptable, we paid for those plugins and it’s the second time something like this happens after an update.
