Updated to 3.8.1 – cannot publish / save posts / pages / media

    i have updated the last wp version 3.8.1 and now i cannot publish my posts or pages and not even save drafts, or add tags or categories.
    i cannot include even any media.

    i reinstalled wp last version manually but nothing changed.
    i have also increased the db.
