updated to API 3.0

I hacked together an update to this plugin that support MailChimp API 3.0. It was fairly simple in the end to do. Some of the previous shortcode options would have to change as the new API does not support them all. I only use a couple of them so it works fine for me. I now don’t have to worry about the deprecation of 2.0!

People can contact me if they want the code. If I get enough interest I might put it up on github.
