Updated to Divi Theme – Stop Words Not Being Removed

I used your plugin on my first Elegant Theme wordpress theme(Nimble), but ever since I have switched over to Divi, this feature doesn’t seem to be working anymore.
For example,

This article was published originally under the Nimble theme but since I have switched to Divi, I published this article,
https://www.androidexplained.com/galaxy-s5-how-to-boot-into-recovery-mode/
And stop words are still in the URL slug. I can’t imagine that the wordpress theme would be stopping this feature, but I can’t think of any other changes that I have made
I have tested this on two different installs of Divi and both give the same result. So I don’t think another 3rd party plugin is the cause
Any idea on how to fix this would be greatly, greatly appreciated
