    Hello.

What version did you update from? Which WP version do you have? What other changes were made on your site? Which error logs do you have on your server?

    Regards.

    Hi Maria,

I do not recall which version of WP-Property I was using prior to the update, but wordpress is version 4.7.12. Before updating wp-property, I had updated a couple other plugins, but the only one that gave me trouble was wp-property. I have not been able to find any error logs.

Thanks in advance for your help!

last time user reported a similar issue it was related to multibyte string was not enabled in PHP

    Two differences:
    1) When it happened to me it was not from an update to WP-property
    2) only got HTTP 500 error when logged in trying to view all properties, the site still functioned normally.

Checked with hosting and multibyte string is already enabled, so it’s not that. Other suggestions Maria?

    Thanks for the information brewgle.

Can you enable debug log in your wp-config file and check the error on the home page.

    Thanks.

Just emailed you a copy of the debug file.

In that file, I see an error which points that you are using not latest version of wp-property-terms plugin. Please delete it via ftp and install the latest version from our site.

Let me know if that helped.

Okay, got that replaced and now the site is back up, but running painfully slow. It also is giving me errors that the add-on access is revoked for the wp-property add-ons, but I have updated the plugins and have new licenses. Thinking the site is slow because of the revoked add-on access, but how do I get the licenses updated. There used to be a place to put them in, but that is gone now.

Licenses for add-ons is only for updates purpose, that is no how influence on the speed of the site or it’s functionality.

Also, all add-ons are free now. So you could get new licenses if you need.

    Regards.

I’ve gotten new licenses, but they are still not working. Here is the error I’m getting with the plugins.

“Download permission for WP-Property: Facebook Tabs has been revoked possibly due to a license key or subscription expiring. You can reactivate or get a license key from your account”

I tried to activate the WP-Property: Agents plugin because it was the only one displaying a box to put in the license key, but when I did, this error came up.

“There was an error making activation request for WP-Property: Agents: Remaining activations is equal to zero”

You need to deactivate old license anв activate new one in Licenses tab.
