Updated to Oxygen 0.3, site now will not load

  • Hi there,

    My site is https://beckyhunter.co.uk.

    I did an automatic update of Oxygen theme to v0.3. As soon as that was done, I could not access my WP dashboard and my website disappeared, replaced by a blank screen.

    I gained access to my dashboard by changing the Oxygen folder’s name using FTP and then activated Twenty Eleven theme, so my website is now at least sort-of visible.

    Does anyone know of such problems occurring with updates to Oxygen theme, and whether there are fixes out there? I’ve read a couple of people’s posts with similar problems, but no answers are forthcoming.

    I would love to be able to continue to use the Oxygen theme, but right now do not want to pay $30 to access their forums if the theme is simply broken.

    Hmm, looks like it is up and running now. I updated WordPress and that seemed to solve the problem. Apologies. Hope this helps anyone else in the same position.
