Updated to pro still issues

    I have purchased pro version already to get the complete Poll Limitation functionality. After updating it to pro the limitation functionality worked for few days (I set the poll to get limited by IP and cookie for a week its not working). I have also sent all details including website login details through this form https://ays-pro.com/contact but still no reply. I have disabled the plugin because it is also stops the website. Kindly contact me so that I can share login details of the website and please help to resolve this issue asap/
