Updated to WordPress 5.5 Slider is not working any more

  • Hello,
    just updated to 5.5 and Motopress Slider stopped working.
    Even the buttons in the WP backend not working anymore (like ‘create slider’ button).

    Not sure if this is a theme bug.

    Help would be great!

    We have managed to replicate the issue. It has been forwarded t our developers. We will notify you once we have any news.
    Meanwhile you may try to downgrade your WordPress to previous version to be able to work with slider plugin.

    As a temporary workaround you may also try to install and activate this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

    Hello everybody,

    I am delighted to let you know that the MotoPress Slider plugin has just been updated and should work fine with the latest WordPress version now. Feel free to update the Slider to the latest version v. 2.2.0 in order to have it working.
