Updated to WP 3.6 – Now thumbnails wont popup in fullscreen

  • Hello!

    I run my site by the WPZOOM.com theme named Zenko Magazine.
    Some days ago, I was updating the Nextgen Gallery to the newest 2.0 version, but it made problems with my website.

    First of all, the mainpage wouldnt show more than half the mainpage, and when clickin into a post, all the galleries were put together, so the post was VERY long.
    Even though, the website was very slow to load.

    So I did the rollback, and everything worked again.

    Today, I tryed to update to 3.6 – so I still have the latest version of NGG before 2.0, and now when clickin into a post and clickin on a thumbnail, the picture wont show up in full screen.

    Is there any solution for this?
    I use the Social Gallery addon, and have used those two together with the lightbox effect without any problems untill today where I updated the WP to 3.6.

    Please give me some tips!

    @prostr: We definitely haven’t seen reports of lightboxes not working for NextGEN 1.9.13 and WP 3.6. This sounds like an issue for the Social Gallery Plugin (which is powering your lightbox) and WP 3.6. I believe that’s a premium plugin, so you should reach out to their technical support.

    Ive just contacted them, to see what they have to tell about it. Lets see what happens. ??

    I actully had to deaktivate the lightbox to get the popup function to work, but its reactivated now since they want to “test it”..

    So lets see the result..
