Updated webcomics slug/permalink now all comics have get a 404

I setup the webcomics plugin using a word for the URL. We are about to launch the website and I noticed that the link structure would be different from the existing site. In order to not have users click to bad page links I updated the comics permalink url to be %year%/%monthnum%/%day% (to match) and now all the comics get a 404 when I go to the url.

I have flushed the permalinks several times.
