Ok. I just found a conflict with another plugin “Event Registration”. When I deactivate ER plugin, the About Us page works, but the other two still show all of the text (none is hidden at any time or click).

It’s unlikely to be the version of WP – we’re using the latest ourselves and it works fine. The best way to check is to select the View Source option in your browser when on one of the pages that doesn’t now work. Now check to see if the embedded code can be found – if it’s there and intact then it’s nothing to do with this plugin, as all it does is insert it into the page where you want it.

    Let us know the results!

DD, you’re right. For some reason, WP had changed some of the div ids and classes so that’s why some were working and others weren’t.
The issue is a conflict with the Event Registration plugin. For now, I’m keeping that plugin activated until the registration is closed (tomorrow), and will deactivate, but how do I find what is conflicting?

That sounds about right. All this plugin does is add the script you provide at the point you specify – if this has been modified then it’s been doing by something else. The only way of checking what’s conflicting is to de-activate each plugin at a time and re-check.

If you have a caching plugin installed then, from experience, we’ve found that they will often alter the output of a WP page.
