Updated WordPress and Now All Paragraph Breaks are Gone

I updated wordpress and now all my posts (except my most recent post which I have edited) are missing the <p> paragraph spaces and all the written content is blurbed together. It is also the same time I started using Zip List recipe plug in but I am unsure if these are related.

Has anyone else had this problem? I am not CSS savy, but am hoping theres a way to go back and fix all my posts without having to add all the <p>’s individually. thanking you in advance,
