updated WP and nothing works

  • I am not a website builder. Had someone else build the site, then had to have it moved to GoDaddy. I just had some other “expert” update to 4.1, now nothing on the backend works. I can’t update products or do anything. The pages go grey w/ a worm drive and I can’t go anywhere from there. I need some help please. Called GoDaddy and they can reload the webpage, but only from 2 days ago. The update was done a week ago. Can anyone help?

    Have you discussed the issue with tat “expert”? You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from your “expert” because ONLY he/she knows what he/she did.

    I can login to the admin side to get to the Dashboard. From there, the only thing I can get to is the “Store” and then to “Sales” where it shows my e-commerce orders. If I try to update the “products” or anything else under the store, or if I try to access “comments” or any of the options, I get a greyed out screen with a worm drive running on it like it is thinking but it never goes past that. Then I am stuck and cannot go back to the store page w/o exiting and logging back in.
