Updated WP from 4.0 to 4.1 and lost all my pages and formating

  • The last time I update from 3.93 to 4.0 I tried to back up my material and still lost it all. This time I just updated without backing up (except that I have all my pages and posts in Word), so hopefully not to mess with rebuilding. Still lost my photo, menus, formatting, etc. This will be the last time I update, if I ever get my blog and website running as I want it again.

    I wonder if I have been hacked.

    Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks for your help!
