Updates doesn't work when I refresh

  • Hi folks..

    When I make some changes about background Images and try to refresh the Website after that.. it doesn’t work..

    If I wait a long term of time works thought…

    Some other changes like text works very well.. I guess is something about the Browsers..

    I use Chrome and Mozilla … at the same time. . . and I tried cleaning everything including cookies .. and still dont working..

    Anyone with a little of experience can explain to me why the browsers do that ??

    If I try in another PC works fine.. the changes are taking effect in the website is just my browser takes to long to see the images changes ..

    any idea old people doing this?
    I am a none experience user..
