Updates not coming through to website

Hi.
On page load, the Google Sheet is coming through perfectly, but it is not updating. I am using a very simple sheet. I have set no_cache=”no” and also waited beyond the default 10 minutes.

Is there anything else I can try? I am using WordPress 5.0.3
