Updates not showing

    Any updates or changes I make is not showing up.Even if I disable the plugin it still shows the Coming soon page.When I am logged in as an admin,I can view the changes.But once I logout ,it shows the old page.Please help.I am using GoDaddy.And at this moment I don’t see any cache plugin used by GoDaddy.I have also cleared the cache in my browser,but still no change.

    Let me confirm, if you are logged in as an admin than you are not getting coming soon page or after logout.
