Updates to Pages not Showing

I changed to my child theme last week. I have made several changes to my header image and pages but they are not showing on my website. When I am logged in, the site looks fine. When I preview changes after I update, the changes look fine. As soon as I log out, it stops showing the changes. https://www.travelbuddytrips.com I have changed back to the parent theme for now.
