    I have an urgent need for the updates to the premium modules. I have sent multiple emails and tried to download them again. I just purchased the whole suite not long ago and now my site is broken because I updated the main plugin and some of the rest is not working now because of that. What do I do? This shouldn’t be so difficult. There should be an automatic way to update these premium plugins.

    Hi Michael,

    I’ve been responding to your emails, which probably means you’re not receiving them. Google must be blocking them or something. Send another request, I’ll respond via a different email channel. Since I rarely hear back after people get their module updates, it’s always hard to tell if you received it or not. We always respond to your emails within 24 hours, most days, so if it’s been longer, there must be an issue.

    As for making it easier, believe me, this is in the works. It’s not fun on this side either to send manual updates. We have a shopping cart upgrade to end this madness and show updates on your dashboard directly.

    I did get a recent email with a link to the updates. Thanks.

    However, please see my other issue that has not been resolved as I thought it was probably due to the need to update the premium modules; however, after updating them, I am still getting the same error (Region module error).
